Shilling Design represents the owner’s interests in the building process, and can provide support ranging from scoping the project to the finishing touches.
Shilling Design will serve as a guide for the owners as they navigate what can sometimes be a frustrating and long construction process.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Shilling Design can assist with choosing an architect or construction firm. Jenny helps translate what an owner wants to the various players in a home construction process. And, she provides oversight of the construction project working with the contractor to keep things on time and on budget.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Shilling Design provides interior design support, including layout, flow, storage, kitchen and bathroom, interior finishes like plumbing, paint, hard surfaces and lighting. We make sure the owners are thrilled with the look of their home.
